The Saveur 100 Chef's Edition, a Little Culinary Exploration for 2011.

I came across the January Issue of Saveur today in a bookstore and it looks like the article is online for free viewing as well.  I am now really motivated to set myself some culinary goals for 2011. I may even use these 100 items as my road-map.

I am particulary excited to start reading, baking a whole fish in salt, using guava paste in my cooking, and I am definitely putting La Grenouille on my wish list of dinners in 2011.
